As you know, besides Google Meet, Zoom Meeting is a powerful and viral application for conferences, meetings, online training, online learning. It has all the features from sharing screen content on computers Chat online, Video Call online, share documents, whiteboard for presentations, slide PowerPoint presentations, and schedule meetings/study. ALL FREE.

Sign Up for a Zoom Account
In the upper right-hand corner of the home page, select SIGN UP, IT CUSTOM FREE to register a new account.
You enter your email address, and press Sign Up
After you press Sign Up, Zoom will send an activation email to your registered email address, access your email, click Active Account to activate your account.
After clicking activates the account, you will be directed to the account fill page. You fill out the information, including the full name, and password of your account.
Note: the password must be above eight characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit.
After filling in the information, click Continue
After pressing Continue, a window to invite people to join Zoom will appear, here you can ask your friends to use Zoom by filling in an email and then clicking Invite.
You can skip this step by pressing Skip this step.
So far, the process of creating your Zoom account is complete.
Create a meeting room (for Trainers)
On the right corner of the screen, select SIGN IN to log in to your account (or your account created).
Enter the email address and password provided and click Sign In.
Create a Zoom meeting room
Click Schedule a Meeting to schedule and set meeting room parameters.
Note: If you want to learn videos, a Webcam is required to capture images. The meeting options tick, as shown.
You can choose many features to help manage and improve the room quality.
Next, you copy the room ID number and password. Then, you send it to those who want to go to the meeting room. Can send via group chat or send room ID via email (send schedule)
Meeting room functions on Zoom meeting
The main interface of Zoom software is shown with two main functional groups.
On the horizontal menu bar, there are functions:
- Home: Click to return to the Home screen.
- Chat: Show windows, Chat function group.
- Meeting: Show window, group function Meeting.
- Contact: Manage contacts.
There are four support function keys on the Home page.
- New Meeting: Create a new meeting room, classroom.
- Join: Access to other classrooms and meeting rooms.
- Schedule: Schedule and manage the time of classes.
- Share Screen: Share your computer screen with others.
Primary functions of the meeting/classroom Zoom meeting
(1) Turn on / off the microphone.
(2) Turn on / off video.
(3) Turn on / off the PC’s audio transmission while learning.
(4) Manage students participating in classrooms.
Note: While the class is taking place, students must turn off the mic themselves. When in doubt, students raise or chat in the chatbox. At that time, unmute students (if needed) by clicking the Manage Participants button (button four above). Looking at the options bar on the right, hovering over the student’s name will show the Unmute button. Click this button to open the student’s mic.
(5) Share a specific window on the screen.
(6) Turn on the chat window on the right.
(7) Click this button to proceed to the recording of the lesson.
Note Record and share links for students after each lesson.
(8) End the lesson.
Join Zoom meeting room (For students)
There are two ways you can get into the ZOOM Meeting room.
Method 1. Using software running on the computer (Recommended) to get the best quality.
Method 2. Run directly on the WEB browser.
Install ZOOM software on the computer
First, open any browser like Chrome, Firefox, Coc Coc, then visit https://zoom.us.
You Access the link: https://zoom.us/download download Zoom to your computer (Windows or macOS are available). Proceed to install Zoom on your computer.
Next, you choose the Zoom interface icon on the computer.
The login screen appears, proceed to login to the Zoom account you have registered.
Join Zoom Meeting in the web browser
In this way, you also do the same way as accessing the software on your computer. But a little different is to skip the ZOOM software installation.
First, you also open any browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Coc Coc, then visit https://zoom.us.
In the upper right corner of the home page, select SIGN IN. Then fill in the information created zoom account.
After successful login, in the upper right menu, select JOIN A MEETING, here you enter the ID, or the meeting room link you want to come, this information will be provided by the HOST of the meeting room you want to join.
After filling in the room you want to join, the system will ask you to download the zoom application. Here, click Cancel.
At this time, the words will appear: If you cannot download or run the application, join from your browser.
And, you choose Click here
So the system will start right in the browser without installing the software on your computer. Usage and features are similar to the instructions in the above section.
