Look ahead while running
Running doesn’t just relate to your foot, but the right running form is all from the top down. While running, you should focus on the ground about 10 to 20 feet ahead of you. Make sure that you don’t stare at your feet but to gaze directly in front of you. This is not only a way to run in the right form but to keep safe for yourself by avoiding obstacles.
However, you should not start to run with your head first, it means your head is always in front of your body. To have the right form when running, make sure that your ears are in line with your shoulders.
Keep your hands relaxing
Hands seem like a minor thing in the process of exercise but it also affects your running form. There is a suggestion that keeping your hands at waist level and right about where you can lightly brush your hip. Make sure that your hands are bent at a 90-degree angle. It is a key thing to keep your shoulder open up while running. Normally, your shoulder will move independently of your torso and opposite of one another. So to run in the right form, when you take a right step forward, your left shoulder is also forward, and therefore your right shoulder is back as your left leg is back.
