- 1 liter of unsweetened fresh milk

You pour unsweetened fresh milk to the pot, heat up and stir, gently in one direction. When the milk reaches about 40oC, turn off the heat. You can check it by touching your hand in it and then see whether the milk is moderately warm or not.
Stir the yogurt in the jar, then incubate for 6-8 hours.

Making frozen soft yogurt

Making frozen soft yogurt at home is not much different from making yogurts with condensed milk and fresh milk. However, after stirring the milk mixture with female yogurt, you add gelatin (soaked in water for 5 minutes to hatch) into the milk. After making the frozen yogurt, keep it cool and put in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, you can cut into many small cubes with fruits and cocoa powder.
Making aloe vera yogurt

How to make aloe vera yogurt?
Aloe vera peeled, washed under cold water to reduce the amount of plastic, then soaked in 1 bucket of water with a little salt and 15ml of lemon juice for 5 minutes.

Making purple glutinous yogurt
- Three pineapple leaves
- 1 liter of cold water
- 200g sticky rice
- 100g of white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 100ml coconut milk
- One jar of yogurt
Purple glutinous rice is washed and soaked for 3–4 hours to make it sticky.
Purple glutinous rice after finishing soaking, wash one more turn to clean, and then put in the pot. Add water and a pinch of salt and simmer until the sticky rice is cooked and set.
The rice is just soft-cooked, you should not cook too long to avoid being sticky.
When the sticky rice starts to cook, add sugar, stir and cook for another 5 minutes to infuse. Turn off the heat and let the sticky rice cool down.
Scoop the purple glutinous rice into a cup, add the yogurt and coconut milk, and use the purple glutinous yogurt.
Making yogurt from green tea or matcha

Making green tea yogurt is similar to making a basic yogurt at home. You only need to dilute 1g of green tea powder with water. After mixing the milk mixture, add the dissolved green tea and bring the yogurt away.
