Keep yourself busy

Keep yourself busy with your current job, learn something new like a new language, some kind of musical instrument or read new books.

However, know how to balance your busyness. If you force yourself to be so stressed out, your feelings are 10 times worse then you torment yourself with unanswered questions.

Don’t be afraid to be alone

The habit of working, chatting, sharing between the two of you is now only you sure making anyone feel depressed and afraid. However, there is nothing to be afraid of alone. Learning to live independently and optimism is a skill that everyone should learn to maintain their quality of life. You have more time to take care of your parents, ask your friends or allow yourself to enjoy a favourite movie that you haven’t seen. There is no need for someone to help you feel that this life is really meaningful, you can experience it yourself.
