There is a saying that let’s eat breakfast like a king. But sometimes you skip breakfast for some reasons although you’ve already heard much about the importance of breakfast. You don’t need scientists talk about the benefits that breakfast bring to our body and mind anymore. A good breakfast gives you energy to go through all day long and if the next time you rush out the door and skip breakfast, consider that you will overeat later in day and weight up. These following food list can help you eat breakfast in the right way and good for your health.

Prepare for breakfast the night before

You don’t want to take much time thinking what to eat while brushing your teeth that can make you late for work. Instead, make a breakfast food list in advance for several days or a week. And you can buy the food ingredients for the next week if you don’t have much time.
After having a what-to-eat list, one trick to eat breakfast in the right and fast way is that set up it the night before. For example, if you intend to eat oatmeal in the morning, prepare a bowl, spoon and other ingredients on the table so that you can make your breakfast quicker.

Eat egg for a full breakfast

Eggs are familiar food to everyone and can be made into many delicious dishes. They have high protein level and other important nutrients. Moreover, it creates fullness feeling and reduces calorie intake in the next meal when you eat breakfast with hard-boil egg. Egg yolk contains antioxidants that can help prevent eye disorders.

Add yogurt for a better digestion

Yogurt especially Greek yogurt, is a full source of calcium and protein nearly twice as much as regular yogurt. Therefore Greek yogurt can keep you feel full all the morning. Probiotics in this creamy yogurt can help reduce appetite and lose weight. To eat breakfast right and healthy, choose a nonfat or plain yogurt and add fruits to give it more flavor.

All kinds of grains are good for you

If you like cereal breakfast, oatmeal is an ideal choice for you. Oatmeal contains a unique fiber and brings impressive benefits by reducing cholesterol. Oatmeal has antioxidants that bring heart benefits and decrease blood pressure. Although oatmeal doesn’t contain gluten, it is classified as gluten-containing grains. Therefore, people have gluten sensitivity should choose the one that is gluten-free.

Fruits give more flavor to your breakfast

Beside main food of your breakfast, fruits can be a delicious and nourishing part of it. All kinds of fruits contain vitamins, fiber and low calories that good to eat breakfast with.
Banana is one of the best sources of resistant starch which is a healthy carbohydrate that make you feel fuller longer until the next meal. You can add banana to oatmeal or cereal for natural sweetness.

Strawberries are a powerful food that high in antioxidants but not high in calories. One cup of strawberries contains your full recommended daily intake of vitamin C, along with high quantities of folic acid and fiber.

Kiwis are high in potassium and copper and contain more fiber than a banana. They are delicious by themselves, but if you prefer a sweeter flavor, mix them with strawberries and bananas for a smoothie or fruit salad.
